Delete your Yapfun account
You can delete your account and data at any time, even without an active subscription.
In the app
- Open Yapfun and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out right away.
Without the app
Email support@yapfun.comfrom the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Yapfun account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us that and we will help you confirm it is you.
What gets deleted
- Your account, transcripts, fixes, comeback mistakes and progress.
- All of it is deleted within 30 days of your request.
- Voice recordings are not stored after transcription, so there are none to delete.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
