By using the Yapfun app or website you agree to these terms.

The service

Yapfun is an app for practising spoken English with an AI buddy called Yappy. It is a practice tool. It is not a teacher, a certified test or a guarantee of any result. AI feedback can be wrong, so use your judgement.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see /delete-account).

Subscriptions

• Yapfun is a monthly or yearly subscription. There is no free trial. Prices, including any introductory price for a first billing period, are shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting your Yapfun account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to produce unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not share another person's private information in your yaps.
• Fair-use limits on daily speaking time may apply.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. We will update the date above when we do.
